Who we are
Tidra LLC ("Tidra", "we", "us") is a boutique AI consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed in the Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS) under licence number 2538210.01. Our registered address is Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE.
Tidra is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. It covers withtidra.com and the conversations that start from it. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL) and any other law that applies to you.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address, phone number, company and role when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
- What you choose to tell us about your business, team and workflows, including anything you enter into the onboarding agent on our contact page.
- Details shared during discovery calls, workshops and engagements.
Information collected automatically
- With your consent, usage data through Google Analytics: pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
- Your cookie choices, so we can respect them on later visits.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability, such as IP address and request times.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or financial account information) and ask that you do not share it with us through the website.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange conversations. This is based on your request and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To prepare and deliver our services, including readiness audits, strategy roadmaps and custom agents. This is based on the contract with you or steps you have asked us to take before one.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. This is based on your consent, given through the cookie banner.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse. This is based on our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations under UAE law.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not send marketing emails, and we do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Cookies and analytics
When you first visit, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them, and the site works fully whether or not you do.
- Necessary: remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, installed through Google Site Kit, helps us see which pages are useful. It runs only after you consent, using Google Consent Mode.
Your choice is kept for 30 days, after which the banner asks again. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings on the site, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Google explains how it uses data from sites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The onboarding agent on our contact page
Our contact page includes an AI onboarding agent, built and hosted on MindStudio, that helps you describe your business before we speak. What you type is stored only within MindStudio, and is processed by MindStudio and the AI model providers it uses so that the agent can respond and we can read your enquiry. We do not copy it into other systems.
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing about your business, and avoid entering confidential client details or sensitive personal data. You are always welcome to email or message us directly instead.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with trusted providers that help us run Tidra, and only as far as they need it:
- Hostinger for website hosting and email.
- Elementor for the site builder and the cookie consent banner.
- Google for website analytics, only with your consent.
- Meta (WhatsApp) when you message us there.
- MindStudio and the AI model providers it uses, for the onboarding agent on our contact page and the agents we build.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities, where UAE law requires it.
Each provider is bound by its own terms and data protection commitments. If Tidra is ever reorganised or sold, personal data may pass to the new owner under the same protections.
International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. When this happens, we rely on the safeguards the PDPL allows, such as transfers to countries with adequate protection, contractual commitments from the provider, or your consent.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and onboarding agent conversations: kept until you ask us to delete them. You can make that request at any time.
- Client records and contracts: kept until you ask us to delete them, except where UAE commercial or tax law requires us to keep certain records for longer.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics removes user-level data automatically after the retention period set in our account.
- Cookie consent records: for the life of the consent.
To have your data deleted, email hello@withtidra.com and we will confirm once it is done.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and strong authentication on the accounts that hold your data. No system is completely risk free, so if a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
Client engagements
When we design and build agents for a client, we often work with that client's own business and customer data. In those projects, the client decides how that data is used and Tidra acts on their instructions. The terms are set out in the engagement agreement, including access boundaries, where data is stored and what happens to it when the work ends.
We walk every client through how their information will be handled before an agent goes live. Your data stays yours.
Tidra never uses your data, or any client data, to train AI models.
Your rights
Under the PDPL, and other laws such as the EU GDPR where they apply to you, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data, where we no longer need to keep it.
- Restrict or stop certain uses of it.
- Send your data to you or to another provider in a structured format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before.
Email hello@withtidra.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the UAE Data Office or the data protection authority in your own country.
Children
Our services and this website are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, let us know and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy as our services and tools evolve. When it changes, we update the date at the top of this page, and we will let clients know directly about any significant change.
